We designed the space with relaxation in mind, featuring coastal-inspired, comfortable furnishings to help you feel at home and make the most of every moment of your stay.

Step outside the studio to discover a serene first-floor pool and direct access to a quiet, nearly deserted beach, perfect for tranquil mornings or peaceful sunset strolls.

Our private studio is nestled in a calm, welcoming building that’s ideal for couples and small families. To maintain this peaceful environment, we kindly ask that guests respect the quiet atmosphere and be considerate of our neighbors throughout their stay.

Fully Equipped for your Comfort and Convenience!

The kitchen is equipped with various cooking appliances, including a microwave, a toaster oven, a cooktop, coffee makers, and more! 

Leading to the bathroom there is a spacious closet area/hall where you can store away any luggage you may have and hang your clothes as well. 

We also made sure to include beach essentials to further enhance your stay, including towels, beach chairs, an umbrella, and a cooler!

Lauderdale-By-The-Sea is a charming seaside town in Florida known for its laid-back, village-like vibe and beautiful, walkable beach area. One of the nicest things about it is the town’s commitment to preserving a small-town feel, there are no towering high-rises blocking ocean views, and much of the downtown area is filled with colorful low-rise buildings, cozy outdoor cafes, and quirky shops.

Plus, it’s a paradise for snorkelers and divers, the coral reefs are so close to shore that you can swim to them right from the beach! It’s like having a natural aquarium in your backyard.
